Kruse motors is an absolute joke.
Kruse motors is an absolute joke. They have no respect for their loyal customers. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and this last vehicle, their salesperson convinced me to purchase this and that it was such a great deal and one month later I had two major problems go wrong with it. When I contacted the dealership, they told me that they would get someone to give me a call back and they never did. When I went to talk to the manager, they pointed me in the direction of Mike, who lacks some serious customer service skills. I am currently nine months pregnant and asked him, “What do they do for their customers when something like this happens? They are supposed to have checked the vehicle over and make sure there are no major issues. He then told me that it’s an as is vehicle and I need to take responsibility for my own vehicle and it’s not their problem. I told him realistically, if they had checked over the vehicle, there should not have been two major problems within one month of purchase, regardless of if it was a used vehicle or not, and that I have purchased used vehicles from them before and never had these issues. He told me that and I quote “well ma’am I’m not a bank and you need to take responsibility for your own vehicle since you purchased it.” He then told me that I could go ahead and write a bad review, but it’s not his problem that he won’t pay my bill as he’s not a bank. That was never asked of him, I simply asked, “What do you do for a customer when you sell them a vehicle and a month later you have two major issues when you sold them on the fact that it was a reliable vehicle?” As someone who was a very loyal customer to kruse and really respected their service, I will no longer be purchasing anything from them nor servicing my vehicles there. I also would not recommend to anyone that you purchase from them with that kind of service and disrespect for their loyal customers, especially through manager, Mike. Imagine if you were a first time customer how would you expect to be treated knowing that their loyal customers are treated with such disrespect?

Thank you for letting us know about your dissatisfaction. We know it can be frustrating when vehicles are purchased As-Is and issues arise 2 months after the purchase. However, causing a scene at the dealership and threatening poor reviews if we do not pay for repairs is not the best way to resolve issues. It would appear that both parties could've handled the situation differently. We will look into this matter further. Thank you.

I was fully prepared to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but they refused to complete the sale because I declined their "Platinum Package." The manager who contacted me was irate simply because I chose not to spend money on a package I found unnecessary. I cannot recommend this dealership, and I strongly advise against being pressured into purchasing the so-called "Platinum Package." It felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine value.
