After suffering an "emergency" type of minor incident, the service department at Snell Motors was not only accommodating, but efficient in the time it took to address the issue. With trying to not disparage the quality of work done at other types of facilities, if you want something done with your GM vehicle, your best course of action is to probably take it to a GM dealer. To paraphrase the Hallmark card advertisement from years ago, "When you care enough to use the very best!"
