To start with parking was a nightmare when I was there, vehicles are half hazard with used and new cars parked in customer spots. Found a spot in mixed with the cars on the lot and walked in being interested in a used Buick Encore they had for sale. A salesmen met me only to take the key from another salesmen desk who had a customer working on signing closing documents on the very vehicle I was interested in he threw me the key and told me to take it out. Mind you he never took my drivers license, phone number or anything which struck me as odd being it was my first time at the dealership. So I take the Buick Encore out for a joy ride, only to return later with it to have him take the key and tell me I can’t have that one as the lady finished signing documents as I was gone and it’s hers now. (This already threw up a flag to me as here I am out driving, hot rodding this poor lady’s car she just bought when technically it could have been hers before I even left the lot). So he takes the keys and gives me another set and tells me to go check out this one, I wander out and it’s nothing that I want, take it for a drive anyway cause why not at this point. So take it back and try to tell Gary ( salesmen) it’s not what I’m looking for but he’s to busy doing other stuff and just says oh well here try this one, and proceeds to give me another key. So I wander out and this one is nothing that I wanted either. I don’t even bother driving this one. Let alone he’s still never taken a copy of my drivers license or anything which I thought was kinda standard procedure. He didn’t seem to care what I was looking for in a car, as he was more concerned on just getting me in cars. Which my previous one was not dead so I didn’t feel the need to be pushed into something I didn’t want and wouldn’t be happy with. I tried numerous times to explain to him I’d just keep my eyes open and if I saw something I’d call him but he seemed much to busy to even sit down a second with me so I could explain that. There were other dealerships I wanted to visit that same day so upon trying to say bye and him saying oh just give me a few more minutes we’ll find you something and then him walking away just leaving me standing there I proceeded to walk out and I’m sure Gary was probably wandering around for some time looking for me. Thankfully for him I did leave all the keys I had collected during my visit on his desk for him. So he lucked out there unless someone else wanted to take some joy rides too. The dealership seems a little sketchy to me by not taking license photo copies or anything, and very cut throat among salesmen as far as trying to steal each other’s sales even when people are closing. Not the atmosphere I wanted to purchase a car in, likewise if I ever do see a car they have that I may be interested in I will not even bother. I’d rather buy from someone else even if it met paying a little bit more for a little better service and quality.

The worst customer service I have received at a dealership! There were at least 10 available associates joking around and not helping at all. PATHETIC!

Don’t trust them!

Called them at noon and offered to place a down payment on a used car my daughter wanted. I was told they didn’t need a down payment and would hold it until we got there that night. The sales man Greg, called us twice on our trip down there and never once told us they were selling the car to someone else. We drove two hours, with a four year old child. When we got there he told us it was sold!!! He called us TWICE on our trip down there!!! That’s what angered me the most! At anytime he could have mentioned, hey we are selling the car. Once there he tried to sell us a car that had an engine tick and smelled of transmission fluid when the heater was turned on. He told us he was giving us a great deal on it for our trouble, bs. Spoke with manger who was like sucks to be you, we have to sell to the person here! They gave us $13 in gas for our trouble!!!! DONT TRUST THEM
