I was dissatisfied with the support I received regarding
I was dissatisfied with the support I received regarding my vehicle's broken wipers. I had to personally drive the car to the dealership for service. In comparison, when my Ford F150 experienced a battery failure during the holidays, the Ford dealership covered towing expenses, and all repairs were included under warranty. I am concerned that KIA, despite its financial success, does not offer similar support to its customers. A loose bolt on the wipers cost over $90 to repair as it was not covered by the 100,000-mile, 10-year warranty. This experience has led me to reconsider future purchases from Serra. Additionally, I have noticed that each time I visit the dealer for an oil change, there are frequent attempts to sell additional services, which I find concerning.
