I test drove the Minivan was given good Info on the van.
I test drove the Minivan was given good Info on the van. I agreed to asking price. He ran my credit said it’s great. Asked the income level and said that’s wonderful ran through 2 banks they said they didn’t like the price of the van. They said they wanted $2,000 down. I agreed to come up when $1,500 down payment. That would have left them lowering the price by $500 to make the sale. I was told sorry but they would not be able to sell the van to me unless I came up with the $2,000 in full… I said sorry to waste your time. He shook my hand and I left. The sales manager contacted me and I told him the same story and he said I could come back in and try again. Not worth it…. Keep clear of this dealer they will waste your time and run your credit for not reason…. I found another one at a different dealer for same price and was approved without issues.
