Three services visits that spanned 10 weeks from August

Three services visits that spanned 10 weeks from August 2024 to November 2024. Requested on November 27 2024 for dealer owner to call me. No call received. Filed three cases with GM since issue with vehicle not resolved and is a potential safety issue. GM reached out to the dealership and requested that they contact me. Dealership has not contacted me. I reached out to the dealership on March 24 2025 with no response and on June 19 2025. No response from the dealership. I submitted an incident report with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). I would advise anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle to avoid this dealership.

We understand your frustration and are sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling dissatisfied. We want to assure you, and anyone reading this, that our team made every effort to support you during and after your vehicle repair. In November, we completed significant transmission repairs on your vehicle and, after an issue arose shortly after, promptly replaced the transmission. We also personally delivered your vehicle to your home in Ypsilanti at your request, as a courtesy, when you indicated you were unable to retrieve it. At that time, you confirmed that you were handling all further concerns directly with GM. Since then, we’ve responded to GM inquiries and documented all communications. If you believe there is a new repair issue with the vehicle itself, we are of course willing to review that under normal service procedures. Otherwise, any further concerns related to timing, policy, or warranty coverage are best directed to GM, as previously discussed. — The Matick Chevrolet Team
