They did everything correctly and I?m happy with the vehicle, and the service. However, communication is difficult. I have not been able to speak with anyone on the phone, voicemail goes unanswered and texts are only occasionally responded to. This review is a plea for a phone call.

Service Rep John was able to get All-Star Mike R to xx out my car because I am traveling this weekend. Mike checked it out and I needed brakes. He told me that since I?m a loyal customer he?d take care of everything right then. Needless to say I am grateful and thankful!
