Service staff always very pleasant and helpful. However, you have to call them about your repairs, they forget to call you
Buick Encore can?t hold its fluids

To make a long story short I?ll cut to the chase. I leased a Buick Encore GX, 2020. Marissa was my sales person. She was adequate, but not quite up to snuff about the vehicle options. We didn?t spend much time at the car going over options etc. we did hook up the phone, which became an issue the next day when it wouldn?t recognize my voice commands, and froze up on me. The real problem was the next 2 days, the vehicle had a lower oil pan leak, I have 11 large oil spots on my driveway I called Marissa, sent her a video of my driveway, I still haven?t heard back. At this time, I brought the vehicle back to service this was on 8-20-20. They got me a loaner, which was greatly appreciated. I finally got my vehicle back on Monday 8-24-20, took it home. The next morning(Tuesday) the oil leak was larger than before, so I went back to the dealership, they gave me the same loaner I has turned in the day before( which was fine). So, my new Buick Encore has had 2 oil pan leaks in 8 days, I?ve driven the loaner car more than the NEW LEASE!! So my questions are,,, who is going to clean my driveway?? I haven?t heard a peep from anyone at Ed Rinke, so you tell me how did you guys do?????? I?m very disappointed with my overall experience to date. If this vehicle has 1 more issue in the near future you guys can take it back and I?ll spend my $$ somewhere else. Ask Marissa Franz to see my driveway, it looks like used car lot, or call me, I?ll send the video and pics. I would expect a long time Chevy dealer like Rinke to have a bit more understanding of their clientele, guess I?m just a number on a service card!! Kudos Rinke.

Very nice dealership, Lou Plotzke was a great salesperson, helpful and nice. I love my new Encore, I will go back there again.
