Noticed vehicle leaking fluid after 1 week... That was 5 weeks ago and the issue still hasn't been fixed because they didn't want to give me a rental. Loud knock coming from right front brake that the supposedly changed pads and rotors on. I'm stuck with a vehicle that I'm already putting into. Thanks Central

Hi Brian, one more one-star review for you to add to your collection. When will the owner give you the worst employee at an all-time trophy?This place is horrible for buying a car. Totally, scam people, you have to pay close attention to their number on the paper. They will not provide you with the printed paper with all number, they will give you a piece of paper to "play" with. Please please please don't tell them how much you want to put down, because they will count that amount in their price too. My case is, I told them I want to put $5000 down, their truck is $53000 ( out of the door price). I told the sale woman from now on, I will negotiate with you based on the door price, I don't want to deal with the car price only and after that, I will be surprised with tax and doc fee, etc. And we all started from thereafter I told them the last price I can give it to you is $47300, they were ok with it. We were all happy. However, everything broke loose, we started to process the payment transaction for the down payment, I asked them to provide me the final paper with the price of the car and everything, they said Ok, and the final price of the car is $52,3000, not $47300. They claimed that $52,300 - $5000 (my down payment) = $47,300 as what i asked for. OMG. Great. A down payment is down payment, how could you guys include that to the car price??? I walked away because of it. However, next day I called Brian- the GM to express the feeling of the whole buying experience with him, surprisingly, his attitude was so BAD, so so BAD, he was not really to let me have a chance to finish my story, all of his response was about pushing me to buy a car, how he disagreed about my price. I had to stop him from talking sh**, I said "Brian, listen to me, I call you to tell you about your dealership, not about the price, as a GM you need to listen to your customer, not pushing me when I am talking, be nice. I asked him why your staff NEVER provided me the final paper until I asked them to do so? It's my question?" Brian, now I truly understand why your staffs do that. Because they have a horrible GM like you to train them to do so. Keep up with your bad attitude.

Great experience! The entire staff was very friendly. The finance Manager Tim was very professional and my sales consultant did a great job finding the perfect truck. Thank you Cris!
