My time on the sale's floor with Manny was fine since I
My time on the sale's floor with Manny was fine since I knew exactly which car I wanted, but my time with the finance department with Travis was horrible. I was shopping with my father and we told Manny that I was going to be putting money down and I wanted a shorter loan term. When we sat down with Travis he never once asked if I was putting money down, what type of loan term I wanted, or what monthly payment I was comfortable with - by the end of the paperwork I felt like he trapped me into a loan term that I did not agree to since he did not honestly or correctly explain exactly what each document was. When my father and I said we wanted to put money down and a shorter loan term he told me there was nothing he could do about it and that I could just put the $10,000 down on my first loan payment. He said that was the same thing as putting the cash down first, which it is obviously not. Also, I put $500 down as a deposit to hold the car before the sale was final. I was told it would go towards the cash down, but at the end of the sale I realized it was applied to to the car for I had to ask for it back. If I didn't realize, they would have kept my $500. Then, when I decided to refinance I had to speak with Travis about getting the 10 day payoff letter and he refused to send it to my new credit union, which legally he has to do. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and honestly mean to me on the phone. He called me a "lair" and told me I was "selling my integrity for $100." I left a message with the GM, but I have still not received a call back. Overall, I had a very bad experience and felt taken advantage of and insulted by the end of the process.

Bought a used Acadia.
Bought a used Acadia. The sales person, Jen Tracey, is fantastic! I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted and they brought vehicles in from other dealerships for me to test drive. She was extremely patient with me through the process and never pressured me in any way. I highly recommend visiting her when searching for a vehicle!
