Happy with GMC and with Bob Pion
I went looking for a pickup truck as mine was on its last legs. I had 290,000 miles on it and it was rusting out and burning a little oil. A friend told me about their experiences at Bob Pion so I went to Chicopee. I also had spoken to someone at the Dodge dealership. So I spoke Sterling Orr (super nice fellow) and he showed me a 2011 GMC Sierra pickup with 39K and I took it out for a demo. Not a bad truck but I also wanted to shop at the Dodge dealership. They had no clue what I wanted nor what they had. I went back to B. Pion and drove the GMC again and purchased it. Great truck, great service. It had a part that needed replacement. They gave me a loaner for 3 days and repaired my truck no cost as it was a GMC certified vehicle. (I'll buy another certified vehicle again). They want me to trade it now and gave me a fair offer. My truck is in good shape with 168K on the clock and I'm keeping it. And YES I'll go back to them. Was treated very well.

I needed to purchase a new Truck under an end of year...
I needed to purchase a new Truck under an end of year time constraint. The sales team was excellent in helping make that happen. The end of 2020 was extremely difficult to find the truck I wanted and this dealership went out of their way to make it happen. Dealing with the sales staff and finance staff was a pleasure and continues to be a pleasure. The professionalism of the finance staff was amazing and made the entire experience enjoyable. When it is time for a new vehicle they will be one of the first places I look.
