I had selected the used vehicle I was interested in prior to my visit to the dealership. I was impressed with how smoothly the purchase went. I have purchased from Mike Curay before and asked for him for this purchase. The only downside is the long time it is taking for the dealership to process the Title and Registration Documents. It has been 41 days, and the documents have yet to be processed.

I brought my vehicle, a 2022 Sierra AT4 in for a transmission issue covered by warranty. The dealership first tried to fix the problem without replacing the part. Once that repair was finished, they tried to drive it to me and wound up having the same problem. The dealership supposedly ordered the part, and I was told the repair would be completed the following Wednesday or Thursday. By Thursday afternoon I hadn't received a call and decided to call my service advisor, Erin. Erin informed me that the part was never shipped and they had to reorder the part, but she would try to have it shipped next day air because of the confusion. Erin advised she would call me right back after she found out when the part was going to ship. Again, no phone call to let me know when I would be getting my truck back. I left a message on Friday and did not receive a call back. The next contact I had was a generic text message on Tuesday afternoon saying my vehicle was ready. Upon picking up my truck I noticed several things were wrong including a blown front speaker and some electrical issues. I called Erin and was told that she would talk to her the director of the service department, Blake and get back to me. Again, I did not receive a call back and had to reach out to her only to be told she thought Blake was going to contact me. She then said that their work couldn't have caused the problems and that they are professional and would not have blown my speaker. I asked how they had my truck for three weeks and it came back with these problems but magically it's not their fault. There was no accountability. Beware when purchasing or servicing a vehicle at Anderson.

I am upset about Anderson taken over. Very bad experience at another location. It was a nightmare. I left in a new car no gas the car was in an accident. Salesman laughed at me. I swore I would never buy another car from them. I even wrote a letter to General Motors. I have bought two cars from Boyles. I’m getting ready to buy an another. But not from them. I was told that the employees are still there. As long as they are still there I will get my car serviced there. They are excellent. I am so disappointed.😕
