Great, fast, friendly service.
Great, fast, friendly service. Went in to buy my son his first car and Wesley and Micheal made it a hassle free experience. Would definitely go back and recommend Mossy Motors

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership back in end of April on a Saturday, drove over an hour to get to them, and also financed over 40k with them. I have purchased many cars from other dealers in the past but this was the first time I was given a car with the tank xxxx near on E! Knowing that this a courtesy I let it slide but…on my way home I noticed that my AC was not working properly and placed a call to my salesman Willie Irons knowing I had a 10 day warranty. I was unable to reach him that same day, but was finally able to speak to him the following Wednesday after having called and left messages for every manager that I was transferred to with no return call. When speaking to Mr. Willie, I explained to him that my AC was not working properly, that there was a covering of some sort missing because there were numerous wires exposed in the leg area of the passenger side seating, and that the ONE key that was given to me wasn’t even a complete key and some of the features of my car wouldn’t work without it. I was told to bring my vehicle up there. I then took off of work drove over an hour away only to get there and be told that I would have to schedule an appointment for anything dealing with them looking at the AC and this was only done on M-F. This irritated me because I shouldn’t be having issues with a car that I just purchased and I coordinated with Mr. Irons the day and time that i would be bringing my car up there and confirmed with him the day before. I was also told that there were no loaners so I couldn’t leave my car with them. I called back spoke to a manager and was told to take it to my local dealer as this was a Land Rover. Which would have alleviated me taking off of work and driving an hour away to Mossy. I was quoted and then called Mr. Willie who told me to order and pay for the needed work, that his manager Mr. Kirk was aware and would reimburse me for the issues. I paid over $600 to my local LR dealer for repairs to my AC, a replacement Key, and the covers for the exposed wiring. Texted the invoices and receipts to Mr. Willie and for 4 MONTHS called on a weekly basis to check status on my refund being assured each time that he was taking care of it. I was told every excuse in the book that his manager was out of the country etc. FINALLY he was honest and told me that I would have to eat the $658.03 that I paid out of my pocket for a vehicle that should have been inspected and repaired/replaced BEFORE selling it a customer! Remind you I alerted them of the issues BEFORE my 10 day warranty expired. I have left numerous messages for management NO CALL BACK whatsoever! This is a company that obviously sells used cars without doing any type of inspection which is DANGEROUS and only cares about the sale and not the customer!

Wesley did a great job, the process of getting a new vehicle went smoothly. I knew exactly what I wanted and he made that happen for me. He was very honest and straight forward to any questions that I had. Very satisfied and happy to have been helped by him, great personality! Overall, everyone was very pleasant and willing to assist as well.

In January of 1934 Wiley Mossy Sr. opened Mossy Motors on Rampart Street in New Orleans. Mossy was only the third car dealer to open in the city and the first Oldsmobile dealer in the entire State of Louisiana.
Almost immediately Mossy Motors gained a reputation of offering outstanding customer service fair prices and quality products. And after 75 years the Mossy name still represents these qualities.
