I told 2hours for my car n it turned into 4 or more hours n they would update me in the lobby no update until i walked outside to check most of the people in lobby was fussing bout the service in fixin they cars or trucks they we would get a update nothing at all they could offord some snacks n drinks ive been sitting here for a long time

Purchasing a car is supposed to be a happy moment but instead mine was not so good of an experience. I purchased my first brand new vehicle after watching it for abt a year and had to bring my truck back twice for service. They had to change a sensor out and I had to wait. I was not happy with the loaner vehicle bc I got out of a truck and had to cram in an Encore and when I asked the service manager Clint he said that?s all he had. I know he could have gotten me in another vehicle. I?ve put abt 150 miles traveling back and forth for my check engine light being on. It was not a good experience at all. I?m really not the type to complain or even leave reviews but my salesman Donovan Coleman could not get anything done for me all he kept saying is he can?t! I?m like you don?t know what can happen if you ask the question. So I had to go over his head to get the mats I wanted. No apologies or anything. Just didn?t feel like Gerry Lane should have been getting my 68k the way they handled my situation and if I could have backed out of the deal I would?ve and went elsewhere with my money!
