Go to the Better Business Bureau website and see the real reviews, not the fake ones made up by dan cummings employees. No way in xxxx this many people had such good service from these incompetent "technicians". 1 star is too many and why I went here I do not know. Just another bad decision that turned into the WORST automobile encounter in my 60 years. Please don't fall for their B/S, because that's all it is.

We drove in from out of state.
We drove in from out of state. Stephen was scheduled to assist us in locating a our desired vehicle. We arrived quite a bit earlier than expected. Stephen warmly greeted us anyway, making us feel welcome and at home. He had a vehicle waiting for us out front to check out and test drive. He answered every question and more. We felt no pressure or deception during the whole process. He was open and honest and it was obvious, he genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our decision. We drove away in our new vehicle pleased with the whole experience.
