Won?t stand behind the warranty
My car is still under bumper to bumper warranty and because they can?t find a leak when obviously they?re is one they won?t honor it.

Your A/C has been tested and found no leak. You had your vehicle serviced at a different shop previously. As we advised, both sides of the service ports were missing the caps when you brought it to us, as if the system had been worked on before, where they evacuated it for repairs and never re-charged it. We did recharge it and your a/c was operating as designed when you picked it up.

$1000.00 Rip-off doing contract
I bought a vehicle from these folks and felt like I got a fair deal so I took my son in to buy a car. He made a fair deal and I did the loan for him. Unfortunately I didn’t notice that we got ripped off for $1000 when I signed the contract—the old slight of hand trick where they add something hoping you won’t notice. I won’t ever go back, nor do I recommend buying from Campbell Chevrolet. What’s really sad is that I’m a retired Army combat veteran, so they played up how the dealer’s owner “takes care of veterans.” Well, we see how they”took care” of me. Shame on liars/cheaters, all to make more money.
