Easy to get an online appointment, drive right in, be acknowledged and go to waiting area. Disappointed that the promotion is received in mail said 59.95 oil change but got charged 79.95.

Implied that the warranty was provided free, and charged for GAP without telling me. Asked for money back and said I needed to fill out a form. It's been a week and they haven't sent it to me even with me texting them at least 5 times. Sales manager didn't even come out and talk to me and gave me a lousy trade in offer!
