Terre Haute Chevrolet

Started out to be only a 3 hr job didn?t get my truck back for a day and a half. No one called me to say it would be longer as I was the one calling and half the time I never get an answer just but on hold and was told someone would call me back which never happened.

First and foremost, I would like to preface with I am not a 'bad review writer'. I've let the issue marinate and decided if mine detours one person from going here- it's a win. Brian was my rep...and I will say HE, himself was great, but one good apple cant save the whole rotten tree. I bought my car at the beginning of April. Mind you the market for used cars right now, is ABSURD. But I commute to and from work, was just in an accident and needed something NOW. My car is a 2017 Buick Encore, with a hundred thousand miles...I still paid and arm and leg for it, but I've learned past lessons and know if I take care of it- it will last. With past lessons, I decided to do their warranty (just in case). Not even two weeks after having the car i started having air conditioning issues. Called, took it in, they "fixed it" and sent me on my way. Not even five days later, creeping into the dog days of summer..BOOM again no air. Mind you I am almost four months pregnant, we don't do well in heat. I call more frustrated this time, they get it in and then quote me $800 for repair.... My warranty, which blatantly states air conditioning with NO MENTION of air conditioning hoses as an exclusion "does not cover". Again keep in mind, not even 30 days post purchase. They 'head' of the company, Jay calls to "cut me a deal" stating they will only charge me a little over $400 for the repair. I called a few days later to get more information (mind you I leave messages all the time with NO call backs) and they rep told me that the part is ONLY $72 dollars. Meaning they were going to charge me over $700 labor. I was fuming; called and got three quotes from other car shops and had two mechanics look at it..all of which giving me a quote for the repair of $350 OR LESS. i conveyed this information over and was blown off. I am disappointed and angry beyond belief that I gave this company my money as apart of my car purchase in times like these, a company who could give a rats xxx about their customers.

the woman that waited on me was the BEST customer service person in he building!!!!!!! and I have bough 6 new trucks and 3 used car over the last 12 years I didn't get her name but I will the next oil change.
