Worst experience every, I have been a customer since 2018, I was given a loaner which this wasn't the first time, my car was ready which I didn't know because the dealership said they had tge wrong number mind you they have called me several times before but after 4 days of tge calling the wrong number the manager called the police and reported the car stolen all while they still had my car. I'm a nurse so for them to come to my job and have the car towed was so embarrassing. My boss and co workers were present, the police officer was rude and acted like I was a criminal. I will never go back here and alot of my friends and family are done with them. Prior to this I sent 4 people there and they bought cars.

They gave me a loaner car while they fixed my car and
They gave me a loaner car while they fixed my car and somehow they couldn't contact me when my vehicle was ready so after 4 days they reported the car stolen and had the police come to my job and tow the car, I've been a customer with them since 2018, I'm seeking legal assistance now

We take pride in being able to offer loaner vehicles to customers while they are having work done in our service department. However, once the work has been completed or services are declined, the loaner vehicle must be returned in a timely manner. Unfortunately, in this case the loaner vehicle was not returned, despite several attempts to reach you via phone and email over a period of 10 days leading us to pursue alternative action to recover the vehicle. -Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville Team

On a Wednesday I was told someone would get back to me concerning my repairs. No one ever got back to me. I had to call on the following Monday to find out. I was not happy that they did not get back to me.
