I woke up this morning still in disbelief and very much disturbed that in 2021 I can walk into a dealership pay $16K CASH for a vehicle yet be treated with such DISREGARD and DISRESPECT. The entire experience from beginning to the end I was treated as If I didn't have a right to question, comment or simply inquire about the transaction. Starting with Munir, he displayed nothing but irritation, frustration the entire time. His attitude and demeanor was take it or leave it. When he couldn't explain the purpose of the OFAC check he literally walked off rolled his eyes, shaking his head as if a kid throwing a tantrum. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle CASH I wanted to do final inspection while the vehicle was being cleaned. I inquired the scratches, no floor mats ,spare tire etc.. his response was "it's a used vehicle what do you expect". When asked if he could check to see if there were any available floor mats in house that he could put in the vehicle he said " I could but I'm not right now I have other things that I'm trying to wrap up". At that point I had enough of his poor customer service and attitude to which I stated to him that his behavior was unsatisfactory even though it was the end of the day and he may have been in a rush to go home he still required to provide customer service to me . IN spite of I still tried to proceed with the transaction he later walked us over to the business office to sign the necessary documents to finalize transaction. From there I could see where Munir felt it was ok to treat me that way because the employee (I didn't get his name but I believe it may have been Joe) All Joe wanted to do was get it down, sell the vehicle and get me out of his office. He did a lot of fast talking, don't ask me any questions just sign. He walked us into his office , we sat down and noticed he wasn't wearing a mask. I asked him if he could put on a mask (we are still in a pandemic) he stated " I don't have one", I stated I'm sure you have one in the building. He fumbled around his office and found one, half put it around his mouth and not on his nose. I asked if he could properly put on the mask covering his nose ,he replied " No I cant, look this the best I can do I'm trying to appease you by putting it on I'm not putting it over my nose". His tone, mannerism, was completely disrespectful, downright NASTY. When I informed him that I had my own plates that I wanted to transfer over to the new vehicle and that I would bring them back with me the following morning when we picked the vehicle, he says in frustration " Do you have the plates with you, then you don't have plates, I have plates right here you're only saving 75 bucks, let's just get this done and wrap this up". At that moment enough was enough. I told him that I no longer wanted to purchase the vehicle and walked out. The way I was treated in Rizza Cadillac was UNEXCEPTABLE. They made me feel as if they were doing me a favor by spending my money, they treated me as if I was LESS THEN/BENEATH them and didn't have a right to question their behavior. He disregarded my concerns, my personal space and safety but not wearing a mask . As a woman of color they made me feel and treated me as if they were saying " Look buy this car and get out of my face- we have no interest in answering your questions, you don't have a right to comment on anything-this is what you get when buying a used car, take or leave it and you should feel privileged that we are even servicing you" This is no place I would ever step foot in. I would spend 15K more for the same vehicle somewhere else before I spend a penny at Rizza. At no point should a customer ever feel the way that I left last night. It's evident that this is a behavior/ pattern that is mimicked throughout the establishment , I will be publicly sharing my experience with hopes no one ever feel the way I felt.

I love my new Buick Encore!!

Bought my Encore from Moe Almasari! I couldn't ask for a better salesmen. He knew the product answered all my questions and even paired my phone. Sales Manager Cody Bakr got me a Buick that fit my budget and I can now enjoy luxury! I'm going to be sending all my friends to you guys!
