Stay away from this dealership. I purchased a Chevy Cruze LTZ about 3 years ago. It broke down 2 months after purchase and it kept breaking down so often I was there every 2-3 months with major issues. I was not sure anymore if the issues were only from the car or the aweful services there. Between these 3 years there were 2 instances where my car broke down just days later after I picked it up from the service department. They never provided me with Carfax so had to go digging to only find out this car’s first issue started somewhere between 18,000-20,000 miles at previous owners time. All the breaking down pointed to a lemon. My car has been sitting in the shop more than at my house practically. I have brought it up to their attention and there were only two times they took responsibility. The rest has been just awful experience. I took my issues to states attorneys office in order to get attention of the dealership and only when they were contacted by states attorneys office they started calling me not to fix my problems but to have me buy a new car. I can’t just buy a new car and pile loan on top of the loan. They lied to me about taking the car back and putting me into another car same value as mine but a reliable one. They said that just to invite me into the dealership to shop for a new car. NOTE: Be careful when you buy cars from this dealership because they will sell you a not really certified car as they claim but a bad one and at the end they will have you sign a document stating you can’t take them to court. To make this experience worse when I met with one of the managers WILL COSENA he quoted me a $700 rebait on my 2012 CHEVY CRUZE LTZ. I had a witness with me when Will Cosena said: WHAT DID YOU EXPECT GRACE?! YOU BOUGHT A CHEVY CRUZE LTZ. THESE CARS GOT DISCONTINUED FOR A REASON BECAUSE THEY HAD SO MANY ISSUES AND FAULTS. OF COURSE YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE ISSUES WITH IT. I was so disgusted by his response considering the fact that when I first went shopping at this dealership I told them I needed a reliable car because I am a student I commute to school. They do not care and they will sell you bad cars and they know it like Will Cosena knew and rubbed it on my face my bad purchase. The purchase they convinced me into. And they will make you sign a document so you don’t take them to court when they sell you a bad car.

I worked with Mary Froelich and she was wonderful. Thanks to her professionalism and product knowledge the process could not have been easier. She listened to what I wanted, found exactly the car to meet my family's needs and helped me make it work for my budget. It was by far the best buying experience I've had in a long time.
