Warranty repair
Excellent service! They went above and beyond. Our car is only 1 1/2 years old. An unexpected problem arose. They diagnosed it correctly, ordered parts and got the repair done within a few days, all no charge.

Used Van Purchase
Salesman was helpful in the purchase of van. We drove to Galesburg to see two used vans listed on their website, but when we arrived only one was available... the other hadn't arrived yet (so why was it then listed?). Albeit, we did purchase the one van they had available, and drove it about 50 miles on the first day. Brakes had issues, but Yemm was not helpful in resolving that only issue with the 1-day-old purchased van. We were disappointed with that. All-in-all, we like the van, we liked the salesman (Loren West) and business manager (Eric Messamaker), who quickly and efficiently processed the sale. That all met expectations.

Headlight correction
Second trip to get proper headlight bulb installed. Replaced the wrong one on the first trip. A whole day gone and 90 miles round trip. Order was properly prepared. Service was otherwise very good. One of those things that happens. All OK.
