Horrible Dealership DO NOT GO HERE

Honestly, I am not even sure where to start. We test drove two vehicles and took one home. We decided it wasn't for us and exchanged it the next day. We drove the 2nd one and were told that everything worked as it should, it had a working DVD player, the air worked, etc. We told them repeatedly that we only wanted GAP insurance but they pushed it and even when we told them no. So we finally gave in and got the $4,500 insurance. We get the paperwork home and they changed the price of the car up $2000. On top of that, a week later we find that the DVD player AND the entire air unit doesn't work. Zero air conditioning. We call and were told we had to bring it in to look at then we would have to bring it back to have any parts fixed on it. Mind you we live an hour away. We had an ASE certified mechanic look at it and he said that our dealership warranty won't allow him to work on it but he could tell us that the door needs realigned and the DVD player needs a new screen, and someone had cut and capped the tubes going to the blowing motor for the air unit so they knew it was not working when they sold it to us because it would not have passed their 172 point inspection they advertise so much. So, we tell them all this and they tell us they have to call the extended warranty place but they shut them down and told them it was still under dealer warranty. Parents took it to get fixed for us due to us working and when it got home it was still not fixed so we had to take it back a second time to get fixed because they had said that they didn't hook up a few wires. They did pay for the air to get fixed after an entire day of back and forth on the phone, they did not adjust the door but put a new seal on which did not make a difference it still leaks water into the inside of the door and Rick told us well Chevys do that that's why they have holes in the door. Also, they would not cover the DVD player because it is not included in the bumper to bumper. So in total we spent $300 driving back and forth for their mistakes. Horrible experience. We ended up cancelling the insurance and getting a refund sent to our lender. I feel the only reason they pushed this warranty for over an hour was because they knew that we would be bringing it back to get the air fixed since they were aware it did not work when they sold it to us. Absolutely disgusting business practices.

Missing hub caps said all they used cars was bad

From the beginning before I got car it says free shipping within 200miles I didn't know this at the time. Anyways I saw car on cars.com then went on they page after and saw it was free shipping they said they give me 200 off the 3 mouths warranty I didn't want that cost 2k I said I don't need that they said u must get it because we detailed the car and make sure nothing is wrong with it to make a long story longer ...... they lied about everything and said if u give us 5 stars I'll give u an extra 100 of my on money they stole from the jump and might I add my credit score 740 at the time but remember I'm black ok now the car get to me ac sounds like a lawnmower and the car is dirty as it's gets like they've done nothing to this car like they said so I call and they was so racist they think black people are stupid and can't make common sense I was lost he demanded I was not getting they 3 day exchange and it was before the 3 days just racist because this is sad at a time like this we came a long way sum it up don't go here

NOT WORKING ON ME!

Went to talk about purchasing an SUV I had previously test drove. I had done research and went in prepared. I knew my max price for my loan and what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and what it was worth. I let the sales rep know that when I talked to him on the phone as I didnt want to waste his time or mine. When I arrived, I was brought a sheet to sign before even talking as if I was there to finalize the purchase, and the out the door price was over $4000 more than the price on the site. There was an additional charge for windshield coating ($499) and for a maintenance package ($1997) which included car washes, maintenance, tire rotation, and a few other things for a year which I told them I would not pay for either of those. The sales rep tried to justify it by telling me that it was how much work, if not more, they were going to have to put into it in their shop to get it out the door. That should have already been taken into consideration in their asking price. Told me they could not take the windshield charge off, but could look at the maintenance package. He was not willing to come off of the asking price. He kept asking me what I wanted my monthly payment to be and I told him that didnt matter. My out the door price mattered more. I was not willing to have a longer loan at a higher rate to get to my desired monthly payment. I was told that a couple of years ago what I was asking to pay would have been fine, but not now with a used care shortage. Sure, I had no problem with that. I am in no hurry to buy something, especially one that was over priced, but I was made to feel as a woman I didnt know what I was talking about. He tried to compare me asking for less than the asking price to grocery shopping and not wanting to pay full price for food. I know... pretty similar..right? LOL Our conversation was going nowhere. Needless to say, I walked out. I would not recommend going here, especially if you are a woman going by yourself. He tried to pull the wool over my eyes, but didnt work for this gal!
