Price Gouging
I contacted the dealer to order a new truck. I know exactly what I want and expected the process to take less than an hour. I was told there would be a $10,000 charge above MSRP. That is simply gouging and says everything about how the dealership feels about their customers. I am a previous customer for new vehicles and service. Never again, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
