I made an appointment for a test drive on a Thursday evening. I showed up for my appointment at 10:30 am sharp and was met at the door by Deanna Hattula. Deanna was very pleasant and professional and within minutes we were on our test drive. I brought my wife back 3 hours later and we bought the car! Deanna showed us multiple trucks and test drives and explained everything which helped us choose our truck! Thanks for a really nice experience and we love the Truck! If you're anyone who has a past history with getting financing help because of incarceration and addiction issues in the past; Ms.Lynch is not someone I would recommend to work with. After being transparent about my concerns and frustrations with this from several dealerships, I was disappointed in the treatment and level of respect and understanding I received while trying to work with her. I will not be recommending Ms.Lynch to anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. As she came highly recommended as a salesperson only to fall short on her ability to see past the "criminal" and made it very obvious that I was not going to be taken seriously. I hope this is not the normal level of professionalism that she holds for herself. I wish my experience was more positive than what I received working with Ms.Lynch. I was able to find a vehicle that worked for me and a team that truly listened to my needs and made it happen at a different dealership.

We have looked through our records and there is no history of you ever being in our store. Furthermore I do not sell cars anymore as I retired 3 years ago. I handle customer service issues, There is no way for you to have ever dealt with me as I live out of state and am rarely in the store. I work remotely. And as for Mr. Gorgi he has nothing to do with subprime credit issues and defers to our F&I manager for any credit issues. We believe this is a false review. It's unfortunate that someone would go to this length to slander someone or our store. Please feel free to contact me directly should you feel the need to discuss this further or you feel this review was made in error.

sold me a car 7/20, cosigned by my father b4 passing away. the Equinox has had consumption test now needs new motor. was charged for recalls and free oil changes. Mike H. bad attitude , anger issues in service. do not have $ for a new motor, But they take pride in Integrity & perspective? The worst experience and nightmare. 08/22 S.pahlke-ferguson

I did look into the concerns you had. I have discovered that you have neglected to have your oil and filter changed for over 16,000 miles and stating that we should add oil to it at any time. Your vehicle had 109903 miles as of 08/11/2022. As per our records the last oil and filter change was performed on 04/18/2022 with 93378 miles. You had stated that we are the only service center that has worked on your vehicle. Unfortunately, you chose to drive over 16,000 miles without an oil change. There was never any poor workmanship on our part, nor was there any dishonesty. Regretfully, your neglect of your vehicle has resulted in engine problems.
