Brought my truck in for oil change and recall.
Brought my truck in for oil change and recall. The truck is under full warranty. I mentioned the info/screen/ radio has been glitchy whereby it sometimes does not change channels, freezes up etc. Service rep told me they'll look at it, but if they can't find anything wrong they'll charge me $235! Ridiculous. I have a full and ask for a problem to be checked only to be told if they can't find the issue they'll charge me? What's the warranty for in this case?
