Basic service took way too long and never got video on service from my technician. Plus I did not get a review from the advisor. I believe they are padding the scores because they knew I was not happy. Very disappointing and not trustworthy.

I came in for oul change and my Rear riverside tire

I came in for oul change and my Rear riverside tire leaking down. it took over 3 hours to complete work. I was grateful that the tire was replaced with a new one., but they did not put valve stem cover back on nor did they clean the white sealant material from around tire and wheel. I think they could have been more customer focused
