I have reached out to Rivard GMC many, many times and
I have reached out to Rivard GMC many, many times and now, almost three months after my purchase, they’ve not yet sent my refund back to me (as an out of state buyer, their third party service overestimated the taxes due and overestimate to be sure they don’t get beat or have to chase money). They are not trustworthy (they told me monies would be refunded quickly) and don’t follow-up or do what they’ve said they were going to, BEWARE!!!

I went to the dealership was greeted by everyone. They called Mr. Oliver for me. I told him what I was looking for. He went and got the truck pulled it around front and it's what I was looking for
