I can always depend on Century Buick GMC to provide excellent service to my vehicle. I own a 2007 GMC Envoy with 63,000 miles on it, and they have always helped to maintain its performance as if it was a brand new car.
Untrustworthy Service Department

You're untrustworthy. I brought my truck to your service department on Saturday with a slow leak in one tire (about 10 lbs. every 18 hours). Tire repair is covered by my service agreement. I was there for three hours. You said the problem could not be found. I went to a local mechanic on Monday. The mechanic removed the wheel, and we both immediately saw the nail in the tire. The mechanic poured liquid on the puncture site, and bubbles appeared immediately. I have a picture. The mechanic then repaired the tire and it has exhibited no leaking whatsoever since that time. I don't trust you.

they are charging money for job that they are no really doing. So just need to be more professional and respectful with the clients.
