After talking to GM sessions manager we were able to come to an agreement. I appreciate the fact that they do respond to the reviews, and would buy another vehicle thru crown

From the moment I got out of my car at Crown, I felt welcome. Spencer Guy walked out and greeted me like family. He listened to everything I was looking for in a vehicle, and did his best to find it all while sticking to my budget. He was very patient and not once did he seem frustrated or irritated with my pickiness (I've experienced that before at other dealerships). While I didn't get everything I wanted (let's face it - I could afford to give up AWD in Florida!) I still got an excellent deal on the 2020 Acadia that I ended up purchasing. I will continue to go to Crown Buick GMC for whatever my needs may be. Thanks Spencer!!!

Tammy Spencer is the best, if you are not buying a car from her then you have not had the best buying experience possible
