On December 13, 2025 my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with
On December 13, 2025 my 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with approximately 45,000 miles developed transmission failure 1,000 miles from home. 250 miles from my destination. I had the vehicle flat bedded to Crown Buick GMC in St Petersburg FL. KIM MOORE was assigned as my service advisor and texted me December 15th A.M. to authorize the diagnostic fee. Later that day she contacted me to provide the diagnosis. Valve body failure covered under the GM 100,000 mile power train warranty. She had already ordered parts as per the December 11th TSB AND ordered a replacement valve body, in the event that it failed to remedy the issue. As this procedure was to be the 6th performed at the dealership, with 3 failures. She also contacted Enterprise Rentals, within walking distance to the dealership, and reserved a pick up truck, as during our previous conversation I stated my preference. My vehicle was repaired the following day, December 16th and driven to determine success. KIM MOORE contacted me December 17th A.M. to advise that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. She stated that she would submit the warranty documents asap and advise me regarding towing reimbursement by GM. I’ve never done business with this dealer previously but am very pleased with the service provided presently, especially the customer service provided by KIM MOORE. Not only did she communicate well, she also was very responsive to my needs and questions. In this day and age, customer service seems to be a thing of the past but KIM MOORE has demonstrated that it still is alive and well with her. I most certainly recommend her as your service advisor at Crown Buick GMC.

Had problem removing my key from the ignition.
Had problem removing my key from the ignition. Jacquel Waller the service rep. took the Canyon in for a diagnosis and found out that i needed to apply more pressure when putting the truck in park and the key would release. There were no charges to me and i am very grateful for the good service i received. Thanks Art Mason.
