We were paired with Simon by the sales manager, Vinny. Both Vinny and Simon actually listened to what we wanted, what our expectations were and what we needed to seal a deal. The professionalism was incredible. We have bought many cars over the years and I’ll have to say this was the most pleasurable. I don’t think I would ever buy another vehicle from anyone but Gettel and would only want to work with Simon!

Brian Woodward sold us the Enclave. He was a pleasure to work with and made the purchase a good experience. He was very pleasant, knowing, and professional. I would be happy to deal with him again. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the vehicle and how to operate it all of the equipment.

the service staff was very friendly and courteous. Croatian was my service advisor and he was knowledgeable and courteous at all times. The waiting area was clean and adhering to all Covid protocols, including masks and distancing, so I felt comfortable and safe waiting there while my vehicle was serviced. I also observed employees sanitizing counters, chairs, and other surfaces while i was there, so It was obvious they take customer safety seriously. My vehicle service was completed in a timely manner and I'm very happy with the quality of service. i will continue to go there for all of my service needs.
