Great buying and leasing experience!
I purchased a car from Key Hyundai (Palisades) and I have leased a car from them (Genesis G80). Both experiences were great and continue to be great with servicing and communication. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The worst is they lie to you and promise.
If I could zero stars I would. I bought my car in 2015 I was promised that hat if I ever had any issues with my car I would have warranty for it. I also bought extended warranty so that my car would pay longer. I have had to take my car in for several repairs and have to put out of pocket because now my repairs to fall under the warranty. Run away from here DO NOT BUT YOU CAR FROM HERE. SERVICE IS THE WORST AND NO ONE HELP. I HAVE EMAILED THE MANGER SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NOT BEEN EMAILED BACK.

Poor management
Told me for 2 days they had the car I wanted. Started the paperwork process only to find out it was sold earlier that day. Didn't even get a phone call. Just an email...poor customer service
