On our way to Destin from Indians, our vehicle started acting up and would die every time we stopped. The day after we reached Destin, we took our Equinox in. They gave us a ride back to the rental home. They called within 2 hours to tell us the problem. It was a sensor for the crankshaft. They also told me of 30,000 mile maintenance that I had overlooked. Of course I said do it. In my opinion? From being out of town, they took very good care of us.

Rating is low because of the following issues: 1)Patrick L. never wore a mask even though dealership posted a policy which required all employees to do so at all times. 2)Patrick L. during check-in indicated there was a 4 tire $100 discount on the requested make/model tires. On check-out indicated that discount did not apply to requested tires.
