Read all the 1 star reviews !!! I thought I just had a bad experience. It’s been a nightmare. I would say lack of communication but that would imply there was an effort. Promise to fix multiple warranty issue. Auto came out damaged. Nothing fixed. Lost my number 2x so they say. When thru 3 service writers & 2 service mangers I’m 3 months. Nothing resolved. Basically “Ground Hog Day”. Finally getting legal help THANK GOD. Do due diligence. Get copies, date, times, signatures & take photos of this is your only option for any service. I have had to record every call & keep transcripts. Truly a stressful horrific experience. After reading all the negative reviews for service this is a reoccurring event. Choose a more reputable dealership PLEASE !!!!

Everybody was very kind and courteous. Our scheduling person was very accommodating as we do not live in the area and requested a service at the last minute. We were in a pinch.
