Purchased used a 2023 Silverado HD from Zach. The truck didn’t have key fobs when I test drove, Zach kept indicating there should be one. He was elusive until after signing. To get one their only option was for me to buy it, would have been about $110 and $200 to program. Also I needed running boards for the truck. To make the deal he told me I would have to buy those, but I could at his cost. I asked what that would be. Quoted me between about $250-300 depending on style. The cheapest discounted was $400+, then another $200 installation. I probably should have gotten a written quote up front for running boards, but not providing me keyless key fobs in my opinon was ridiculous. I ended up getting running boards and 2 fobs massively cheaper than what they expected me to pay. I won’t go back there even for service.

I spoke with two salesmen at King over the phone they were nice enough. I was attempting to purchase a Sierra 1500 AT4 they had on the lot. I was told that I did not need to put a deposit down because the truck was pulled over to service to get tint and clear bra put on. I had an appointment to drive from Denver to Loveland in the afternoon. Me and my family were headed in when one of the sales people called me to tell me that the truck was sold. As if he was trying to make the situation better he told me that they would not have given me what I wanted on trade-in for my existing truck. When he gave me the number, he was $25,000 under trade-in for the truck. Then when I said it was a ridiculously low number, I was hung up on. I would never recommend anyone buy a car or truck from this dealership. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Brought my 2014 Chevy Silverado for an oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement and a filter change. When I brought my truck in, everything was working in perfect order, but, when I got it back, the main console where the radio is at, the screen itself, was all blacked out. When I brought this to the attention to the attendant, he said that he'd have his guys look at it. Again, when I brought it in, it was working perfectly fine. After they checked everything over, the attendant stated that it was as short that must have gone out when they were working on it. Thankfully, my extended warranty covers the parts and labor but I was told I would have to pay the deductible of $100. I would be totally fine with that if the short happened while I had the truck in my possession and had to bring it in for them to fix. But, since it was in the possession of the service center at the time, how do I know that their techs did screw something up? I find it kind of fishy that again, when I brought it it, everything was working in perfect order. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for something that their techs may have messed up on in the back. Not happy with them and a little shocked as they are normally really good at what they do. At this point, I doubt anything will be done by them in regards to covering any type of cost. Be very careful and mindful of when you bring your vehicle in to them to have service done, you may end up with something faulty if you get it back.
