Another shop, Linman's Garage, nearly totaled my GMC by doing damage to the electrical system.
The Guys at Alexander Buick and GMC not only made sure it was fixed, they provided me with a ton pictures of the damage, documented the damage, fixed the car correctly by replacing all the damaged wires, and gave me peace of mind in the long term. They were kind and professional and I have so much gratitude for their patience and service. I will be returning for routine maintenance. Thanks guys!

wanted to express to the Gm how disappointed I am with what happened to me today. I spoke to you all over the phone as well as my dad about the 2019 Lexus ES 300 hybrid. I drove from Phoenix Arizona yesterday and got to california at 2am and then from there I drove this morning to Oxnard an hour and a half away. I stopped at the bank and got a cashier check for 37K to pay in cash. I triple checked and asked multa times if it was the luxury and had navitgation. Your website says it's luxury. I arrive and not only is it not the luxury which is false advertisement it also doesn't have navigation. All in all I drove 6 hours from Arizona another 3 hours round trip to you all and all for nothing because I was deceived. I understand the car salesman tactic but when you have someone driving from out of state and told the vehicle has features it didn't is very disappointing and time consuming and a lot of money wasted as well. I took pics as I'm sure this may be something Lexus would not like or may be unethical
