The actual service was perfect.
The actual service was perfect. It’s just that you had my car all day and the GPS system is not fixed nor do you have a timeframe when the parts will be in, very disappointed in that I purchased a car that I haven’t been able to use the system now for about seven months.

It was very difficult to get in touch with Mr.
It was very difficult to get in touch with Mr. Javier. Even after the manager assured me he would follow up with me the next morning, I never received a response. I am not pleased with the level of customer service provided.
