Service for my Tahoe
I always have five star service from Capital Chevrolet. I took one star away this time because of the amount of time I had to wait and I had an appointment. Routine oil change took over two hours, I?ve never had to wait that long. Over the scheme of things not that big of a deal just wasn?t quiet as efficient as they usually are.

Auto repair
I was pleased with my "Service StabilTrak" repair. I have not had another episode while driving after Capitol Chevrolet in Montgomery replaced wheel hub and wiring harness. Work was done promptly.

Terrible internet sales
I live out of state and had planned on buying a car and driving the 9 hrs to pick it up. I had talked with salesman 3 days before I tried to buy the car. He called me back 2 days after first contact. There were no pictures besides stock photos online to see the actual car. I asked for pictures before I agreed to buy it. After seeing pictures I told them I wanted to buy it. We settled on a price and when he called back with the exact number I needed to bring, the car was being looked at by customers in the store. Needless to say I didn't get the car we're had agreed on. When buying online the car should be put on hold until the deal it settled. Very very unprofessional. I don't think it was the salesman's fault. I think it was company policy.
