I wanted to purchase a "Demo, or Executive" X3. After owning/leasing 10 BMWs over the past decade, I knew the model and options that I wanted. I could not find the X3 that I wanted in the Pittsburgh area, so I expanded my search. I found that Sun BMW in Mechanicsburg had a few X3s that matched my requirements. Salesman Kyle Smith responded to my 7am Saturday morning email within a few minutes. I spoke with Kyle several times that morning about the vehicles that interested me. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I decided to drive 200 miles to see the 2 vehicles we discussed. I purchased the vehicle at the end of the day on Saturday. A few days later, Kyle drove 200 miles to deliver my X3 to me. Kyle is very attentive and knowledgeable. I will be in touch with Kyle in a few years for my next BMW!

The service department here is outstanding. I had a recall on my X-5. From the time they called me until it was done, the employees that my wife and I dealt with were so accommodating, polite, helpful and made the whole process easy to go through.
