My wife and I went to checkout an X5 Eric kindly introduced himself and
showed us the SUV. He honestly answered all our questions and explained in details what we wanted to know. Good thing Eric was there to show us the high-tech gadgets I'm old school. I would rate Eric I would rate Eric a 10 stars and recommend to all to work with him.

Big thank you to Will @ BMW of Portland, service department. During these tough times, he went above and beyond to help me with a water pump service for my 2014 BMW X3. Despite the car being (just) out of CPO warranty, Will worked with BMW of NA to make sure they covered the bill and kept me up to date through the process. I have never worked with him before, but it was awesome to see someone that took the time to listen to my problem, and go WAY above and beyond to acommodate me during these tough times. An absolute A

I have owned three BMWs the current 328i purchased from Portland BMW. I have purchased many cars and In sales, Kourosh Homayoun gave my wife and me THE BEST sales experience ever. Although time consuming due to the paperwork, negotiations were straight forward and I believe beneficial to both parties. It was a Saturday late afternoon and GM Andrew. Clark who was on his way to a Timbers match, stopped in, introduced himself and thanked us. We are so pleased with our "ultimate driving machine." I could tell several stories about how we are always welcomed at this dealership when we just visit to "kick tires." They are the best!!! Previous 128i was purchased from Kuni BMW's top salesman. When we returned for our next BMW while discussing a purchase, he was surfing the web for his trip to Hawaii. Very disrespectful I will never set foot on Kuni's property.
