We were searching for the right vehicle for our daughters who are twins, safety and security is what dad wanted most. We ended up getting 2 Macan S and they love them. EVERYONE at the dealership participated in the delivery to make it special, even having cakes and cookies with key chains too. I have purchased many vehicles over my life from less expensive to very expensive, and the delivery experience for my daughters far exceeded anything that I have seen. Your team is certainly setting the bar high for them as they grow up... they will now always say "that was not like when we got a Porsche in Ocala".. :) I guess that just means we have to always buy from you. Thanks again for making it special for the girls!

Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. Despite living 500 miles away, every touch point was efficient, considerate and enjoyable. The negotiation on price and trade in value was all done via phone and email prior to making the drive. And it was a long drive, going on faith that everything was in place and as they claimed. It was exactly in the condition they stated - excellent! It wasn't entirely sight unseen though. They made a personal walk-around video for me and offered to zero in on anything I wanted to see closer. When onsite, everyone I had dealt with made a point to come say hello personally. The salesperson had a teddy bear gift for my son (nice touch and genuinely thoughtful) and they insisted on buying my family lunch before leaving. But this is perhaps the most telling aspect of the experience - I was simply buying a used car. They were absolutely consistent to their brand and customer service regardless of who they were dealing with.

I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
