I bought 2021 BMW -X3 , AC didn't work , after 2 days work on it , AC still didn't work and they don't answer my phone and massage .

I recently had an outstanding experience purchasing a new car from Center BMW. The dealership pledges that they will respect the value of their customers' time and provide an inviting, comfortable facility. I am happy to report that they executed on these promises with excellence, and the executor was my honest, knowledgeable and charming sales adviser, Oxana.
I started the process months earlier, with the intention of ordering a custom automobile, and Oxana deftly guided me through the procedure. Throughout the design phase, she provided honest and constructive advice, and when it came to draft the deal, I felt that she genuinely advocated for me. The whole process was very smooth and she really took care of everything (I made her run up and down those stairs to the manager's office quite a few times). On the aforementioned delivery day, I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours, just enough time for them to flawlessly prepare my car for drive-off.
I would also like to provide positive feedback for the friendly sales manager, Jason, the delightful lady from financing that helped finalize the transaction and the passionate BMW Genius who showed me around the car. From top to bottom, Center BMW provided exceptionally professional service, and I look forward to working with Oxana and the rest of the staff for years to come. Thank you.
