8 months still no car
Terrible customer service and terrible work done to my car. It’s been 8 months without my car, they have lied and avoided me every step of the way. I am shoved in a tiny rental car with 3 small children in car seats while their incompetent technicians completely blow up a brand new engine. Horrible all around from the techs all the way up to the service manager I have been disappointed at every turn

Petty and unproffessional
If you are expecting a courteous and professional experience from Audi Louisville Service, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. I had the displeasure of having Jordan as my service advisor. During the whole process, I was subjected to a narcissistic and egotistical diatribe about how he is the only person that does anything, how wonderful he is at his job and how inferior the other employees are compared to him. I am not there for anything else other than to get my car serviced. He made the experience uncomfortable and awkward. I do not need to hear an employee's diatribe about his opinion on his fellow employees or his grandiose thoughts on how wonderful he is at doing his job. I would think his manager, i believe his name to be Jimmy, would expect a professional attitude from his employees but instead I found his manager to be rude and abrasive when dealing with a customer. The only person i found to be professional and courteous was the only woman working in the service department. Upon entering the facility, she was the first person I came upon. She was pleasant and helped direct me to who i needed to see. Unfortunately, that was the last moment that I was treated as a valued customer. In the future, I will strongly reconsider taking my vehicle to this location due to the experience i had. I don't expect to be treated as a prima donna but i do expect there to be a sense of decorum in how customers are treated. Sadly, this dealership does not know anything about professionalism or courtesy.

Best dealership.
I bought my Audi here, my amazing salesperson was Victor. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped steer me in the direction of my purchase after telling him what features were important. Victor was very communicative and helfpful throughout the whole process without being overwhelming. The service side is amazing as well, they went above and beyond for me when I thought I was owed an oil change. The coffee is great too, and the place is full of beautiful vehicles.
