Wanted to buy and car over the phone

I saw a car online I wanted to learn more about and ideally purchase that day. I sent an email with detailed information regarding the exact car on the Naples VW lot. I said I wanted to buy the car if we can come to a deal.
I received a generic email response from Michael... mentioning a completely different car (and even a different year). His email just said - come in if you're interested. No time was taken to even read my message I suspect. Maybe he's so busy and sells so many cars be doesn't need more customers.
Well, I am not in the Naples area and wanted to purchase a car over the phone.
Thankfully, I found a similar vehicle at another dealer. They were wonderful - I bought the car over the phone and they shipped it to me on a flatbed trailer.
Naples VW simply does not want your business. ... can't explain why - seems odd to me.

When people look for a good vehicle to buy or lease, they choose the German engineering that is Volkswagen or Audi, since there is no problem, since the product or products are of quality, but when you choose the right person to help you as Your Sales Consultant, you choose the perfect package and in this case I refer to Luis Duval. When he approached me, I thought he was one of the managers, I felt VIP, but that was not all. Luis is a direct person, with a lot of discipline, instills confidence in what he explains, and also very well dressed, I could see that he has a great difference with his coworkers, but behind that I saw humility, many values, manners and a high education. During the process of buying the car, it was perfect, but in the end I realized that Luis did not sell me a car, he sold himself in the same way that he sold me his personality. That reminds me of a great sage who said that the first impression is what counts.
