Had the damaged front tires replaced at Mercedes-Benz of Melbourne, Florida. Service manager was very helpful. Had a safety check and car wash also. Quick service. Wish there was a dealer in Vero Beach.

Service department is top notch in all respects. From the moment you walk in for service, through the process and the completion, you are kept well informed. I consider this service department and Service reps as the best in the business as far as caring about me and my vehicles. In particular, Harrison clearly goes well beyond just getting you in and out. He clearly looks for the best possible process concerning repairs, service and cost as well as customer satisfaction. He keeps you well informed of all of your options and what he can do to make this an exceptional service event that you will be satisfied with.
