I truly doesn’t want to type this down but I have no choice. I want to prevent this from happening to others. I down payment $7000 for the 4-runner and the rest will be taken care by auto loan. I got called by the capital one and said something weird. I was given 2 options. 1) return the vehicle to Audi Jacksonville. 2) I have to work with Angel Perez on the solutions and keep the 4-runner. My dad called and talked to Angel and explained everything about the capital one loan. Angel told my dad to return the vehicle after disagree. Dad and I decided to return the vehicle and asked them to give $7000 down payment back. I gave them the key and they said they refuse give me the money back. I asked them for the refund policy and they claimed they don’t do refund. I told them I wanted to see the policy. They provide me and turn out good enough I didn’t signed the form consent/agreement. I told Angel I didn’t signed the paper and was told “it’s doesn’t matter because I took the car for 2 weeks” I correct him it was 10 days. Not 2 weeks. After 2 hours, he still refuse give me the money back. So, they currently holding my $7000 and got their vehicle back. Be careful peoples.

2 minutes agoNEW Signed the contract and the next day. Spotted this little cracked. Dealer and I didn’t spotted this and I requested them to replace an new one. Was told “unfortunately, it’s sold as it is” and I told them it’s not that hard to replace as I’ve been so busy and overwhelmed by dealers to talk to and get going through all the things loan. I talked Angel (general manager) and explained him what’s wrong. He repeatedly “it’s sold as it is” and hang up when I’m in middle of talking. Not highly recommend but Brandon (dealer) is a cool guy!
