As of today 12/14/20, they have had my A6 TDI for 72 days and no completion day in sight. Worst service ever!!! Kendall should be ashamed!

Customer service was superb in working with me through issues with after market parts and trying every avenue to make things work for me. The only issue I had was they were having trouble figuring out how some parts were supposed to go together. Which is surprising to me since they are a certified Audi dealership, but then again, the parts were performance after market parts. All in all the did a great job accommodating me, and bending over backwards to put non-stock parts in, when typically dealerships don?t do that.
