While is unfortunate that the vehicle broke down and left
While is unfortunate that the vehicle broke down and left my husband locked in for over 20 minutes, I will say that the care and support from Maserati and in specific Sophia at Maserati Tyson’s corner was excepcional and very much appreciated. The timely communication and follow up with us regarding our vehicle was excellent. Please extend our gratitude to Sophia, she is a great ambassador to your brand.

The car is brand new and the customer service rep tried
The car is brand new and the customer service rep tried to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary items. He was also incredibly rude and short with me. I didn’t feel like a customer but a number. In the future if I can go somewhere else for basic services I will.
