Unprofessional and misrepresentation of vehicle

I would not recommend this dealership for purchase of a used vehicle, nor for service and repairs. We purchased our certified pre owned 2017 vehicle on September 27, 2020.
Every aspect of our interaction was negative:
-the sales manager for used vehicles was extremely unprofessional, screaming at sales representatives and scaring my child.
-the check engine light came on within 4 days of purchase, as well as thumping noises as we drove. The service department claims to have fixed the issue, and sent the van home a few days later
-check engine light came on AGAIN after 4 days of having it home from being repaired. We took the vehicle in October 15, 2020 (we had to wait a week for an appointment), and they have had our vehicle since then (as I write this it is November 16 and they are still "working to resolve the issue")
-service department rarely calls, never gives updates, has not answered most of our calls, and does not return calls.
Overall, this place is unprofessional, shady, and sells vehicles that are "certified" when they seem as though they had not even inspected it. So far, our vehicle has a whole new front end, all within a month of purchase. We politely asked for a return of the vehicle, as it has had so many issues that the vehicle was sold with and that should not be the case with certified pre owned, and we were told they would be happy to do a trade in and roll over what I owe on the vehicle. Absolutely unacceptable.
***I must note that I did have one positive to share. The sales manager is extremely professional and the ONLY 'positive' experience we have had. He took the time to hear our complaints and investigate. Of course, he states he is unable to help unless we want to trade in the vehicle. But I must note his professionalism, as it was the only that we had with this location.
What is the COST OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE?

IF IM THE OWNER OF SOUTHERN ID ASK MYSELF What is the cost of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHAT IS THE VALUE OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE? I looked at several dealerships across Hampton roads this weekend that had NEW WRANGLERS in stock. I found one (2020) I was willing to test drive at 4pm on a Football Sunday, as I was seriously considering buying it. Credit Score around 800, I had 3-5000$ I could put down that day in hand. Sticker was 45,145 (as shown). Dealer Add ons Tires/lift we’re not disclosed until negotiations were started which was upsetting to say the least (Total 49,312$). HERES WHERE YOU LOST A CUSTOMER: So as they came back with what the price would be with those items, I politely asked what’s the best you could do for me so we can get a deal done today? Floor Manager John’s Answer: This is our best price and we are not going any lower 49,312 final... At that moment, I realized they were not trying to earn my business. Not a penny off. No explanation why, just I can’t do anything for you. After all it’s late on a Sunday and I suspected people want to go home, watch football. I politely made my way to the exit. I’m in construction working on $190,000,000 project in Williamsburg, wife is a Virginia Beach Public Schools teacher. We will not be recommending Southern in our community and to our co workers. Our experience was not good and felt the dealer was not interested in our sale on Sunday 10/25/20. Every dealership I visited this weekend wanted our business offering up to employee discount rates on some vehicles however did not have a WRANGLER we wanted. Southern had a vehicle and lost a customer yesterday and potential future customers. If you have a credit score of 750 or higher stay away. If interested in Trucks or Wranglers as I am, (I drive a 2016 Dodge Ram) I do not recommend Southern. If you have a business, or have a fleet of vehicles as my company does, I would not recommend Southern. I would have bought the vehicle at 48,500. What is the cost of bad customer service?

Adam and Carlton were amazing! I was in a position that I needed a new car and they were so patient with me. I don't take the purchasing process lightly and neither of them gave up on me. They worked hard until they were able to put me in a vehicle in my price range.
