I had a great experience at Northside Imports, Mr. Trinidad Rodriguez, Mr. Matthew Cleveland & Last but not least Mr. Vince Curry, they all made the whole purchasing process a smooth one. Me and my daughters were welcomed from the start, and well accommodated for; I was nervous with butterflies in my stomach because of minor hiccups on my end. Needless to say, everything was aligned perfectly for me to walk out Northside Imports with a new 2022 Stelvio. I thank GOD & Northside Staff Mr. Trinidad, Mr. Curry & Mr. Cleveland again for my new baby vehicle called “Judah”🙏🏽

This dealership is a true example of greed. In today's market, they wanted to offer me $3500k less than what it's worth, and everyone else offered. And their excuse was because of the carfax information didn't match with the information I have filled out on the trade-in WHICH IS NOT TRUE... I traded my car at another dealership and they gave me a copy of the CARFAX there is absolutely nothing on the carfax that will drop the price that low... Later they said we are a preferred CarMax dealership and can match the price... So, now you are ready to give me a better price for my trade-in but before you couldn't and there was no way... And your Maserati is overpriced with minor damage on the carfax.. so if that is not affecting your car price why is it applying to my car.. I do not recommend these guys simply because I feel they are taking advantage of people when it comes to trading in vehicles, they are not giving the market value for the car that you are able to get elsewhere.. Therefore I would strongly suggest to anyone if you are looking to trade here at least take your car to another dealership and to Carmax to see what you can get for it. Chances are you be happy you did because these guys will screw you.
